Title: Alice Cooper Issue 1

Okay, this comic came out a few weeks ago, and I didn’t get a chance to chime in. This is out of my usual realm of reading. I tend to stay away from band comics. Not even KISS. But then I saw something somewhere and then stumbled on the comic itself, and ended up reading it. The comic is not going to turn you into an Alice Cooper fan, just by reading it. But you won’t be embarrassed to listen to Trashed while you read it.
The story follows the hallowed rock god as works for a demon. AC has lost his power, trading it away for something. Now he is doing someone else/s bidding. But with Rock & Roll being what it is now, and Cooper being what he was then The Godfather of Shock Rock rebels. The art is nice. The story is solid, but let’s not forget what kind of comic it is.
I’ll probably continue to read the comic. It would be decent without Alice Cooper’s name on it. It’s not a home run, but if you’re looking for something other than super heroes right now you could do worse than this.
