The Colbert Report Reveals that The Falcon will replace Steve Rodgers as the first Black Captain America

Marvel Comics Chief Creative Officer Joe Quesada announced on Stephen Colbert’s The Colbert Report Wednesday that Captain America of the comic book series will be replaced by Samuel Wilson, an African American superhero in the Marvel Universe better known as The Falcon. This led Colbert to ask the hard hitting questions that he’s known for like:
If the new Captain America is Black, doesn’t that make him Captain African America?
He was convinced it would work, however, after Quesada presented Colbert with a Kris Anka sketch of Colbert as The Falcon. Watch the genius bit below.
