Here’s a Bloodflower I got the 1st time I saw The Cure during the 2000 “Dream Tour” at the Arts Center in NJ. I went to the show without a ticket and when I stepped outside of the car, I heard a scalper yell out
“TICKETS!”
He said he had back lawn tickets for $30 so I asked, “do you have anything better?”
He said “yeah but it’s going to cost you” and then he pulled out a 3rd row center ticket.
I was ready to hear some absurd price but I came prepared because I had been waiting to see them for years. He then said, “It’s $50” Little did he know that he could’ve got at least 4 times that amount from me! So yeah, I got it, and it was all that I could have ever “wished” for. – Dennis Marrero
